About me
I’m a strength coach, with 12 years of experience, who has worked with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many evolving seasons of motherhood that come after.
I have also grown life. I lived through the deep shift that happens after birth. And even though things weren’t how they used to be, I refused to let that stop me from finding joy in movement. I believe bouncing back is bullshit. You are not returning to an old version of yourself. You are becoming someone stronger, more aware, and more capable than before.
My coaching exists to help you prioritize yourself so you can exist as yourself, even for a moment, outside of the constant demands of motherhood.
I’m here to give you science based guidance, compassionate coaching, and a steady hand when everything else in your world feels like a moving target.
