What The Motherload Actually Is
The Motherload is a follow at your own pace online training program designed for pregnant and postpartum individuals who want clarity, structure, and support without the pressure to bounce back, hustle harder, or figure it all out alone.
Training is broken into the exact phases your body moves through. Pregnancy includes three trimester specific blocks. Postpartum includes the fourth trimester, the strength rebuild phase, and postnatal and beyond. Each stage gives you what your body needs physiologically, mentally, and emotionally.
You get strength training, mobility, cardio, breathwork, rest days, education, behaviour based tools, and gentle reminders to show yourself grace. Your only job is to decide when you’ll do your workout and how much of it your day allows.
There is a three month minimum commitment, then a simple month to month option so your training can evolve as your life does.
The goal is simple. You feel strong in pregnancy, supported in postpartum, confident in your body, and ready to return to the activities you love.

I am not someone who believes your athletic identity ends when motherhood begins. I’m someone who has watched countless women grieve the loss of who they used to be while trying to navigate a body, a schedule, and a role that changed everything.
I work with moms who are strong, capable, and wildly committed to their families… but quietly unsure how to rebuild themselves. I help them find clarity, trust, and the confidence to step back into the activities they love. And I created The Motherload because every mom deserves a path back to herself that is supportive, smart, and rooted in respect for everything her body has carried.
